Scope of the Conference
Format of Presentations
The Conference Program includes the following types of presentations:

The indicated duration of lectures includes the discussions.
The space 90 cm wide and 120 cm high will be available for posters. The working language of the Conference is English.
Conference Fee
The Conference Fee (400 USD for participants and 200 USD for accompanying persons) should be paid in cash at registration.
Conference Proceedings
The eight-page Plenary Review Lectures, six-page Topical Review Lectures, four-page Topical Lectures, and three-page Poster Presentations will be published in TRANSACTIONS of Fusion Science and Technology. The Proceedings will be published as the January 2011 issue of the journal. The cost of this publication and its shipment is included in the Conference Registration Fee.
The papers must be prepared in the final form. No typesetting or retyping of the texts will be made. The guidelines and other information on paper submission will be available at the Conference website. Final versions of all papers, in the electronic form, must be handed to the Conference Secretariat on registration or earlier. Acceptable electronic formats are LaTex, MS Word and PDF. Late submission or improper format of the paper may result in exclusion of the paper from the Conference Proceedings. Prior to publication, the submitted papers will be reviewed by the Program Committee.

Registration will be open in Budker Institute on Monday, July 5, from 8.30 to 12.00.

Accompanying Person’s Program
An additional accompanying person’s program including visiting places of interest in Novosibirsk, tours in and around Akademgorodok, will be arranged by the Conference Organizing Committee on request.
Post-Conference Tour
Participants of the Conference are invited to make 4-day tour to Teletskoe Lake. Teletskoe Lake is one of the most beautiful places in Altai mountains. It is located 500 km to the south from Novosibirsk.
Accommodation
All participants and their accompanying persons will be accommodated in the hotel ‘Golden Valley’ located in Akademgorodok in 15 min walk from the Conference site. Participants are highly recommended to book accommodation through the Organizing Committee. In this case, special reduced rates are applicable (per night):

Visas
If you need a visa to enter Russia, please send the filled Visa Form to the Conference Secretary as soon as possible.
